Los Angeles Summer Fashion Design Program

We’re excited to announce that we’re partnering with the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising to create a new summer program for college credit!

The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) is a specialized college that is dedicated to educating students who hope to work in the Fashion, Graphics, Interior Design, and Entertainment industries. They currently have 5,300 students, 300 faculty members, and offer degrees in 26 creative majors. As one of the most reputable fashion programs in the country, they frequently collaborate with top brands (GUESS, TOMS and bebe, to name a few) and strive to create incredible career opportunities for their students and graduates.

We’ve worked closely with FIDM to design an intensive two-week program tailored for our students’ needs and abilities. The primary focuses of this program will be Fashion Sketching (a class for which students will receive 3 FIDM Credits) and Pattern Drafting. Under the instruction of the professors at FIDM, students will get plenty of hands-on experience crafting designs that they will ultimately be able to take home with them and add to their Fashion Portfolios!
